Cake:

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 (20 oz) can pineapple, crushed, undrained

Topping:
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated canned milk
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut


Directions:

Cake:

Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix with spoon. Pour into 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until center is done

Topping:

Combine butter, sugar and milk in small saucepan. Cook 5 minutes. Add nuts and coconut. Spoon topping on cake while topping is hot.
