1 lb. round steak
2 tbs. shortening
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can mushrooms, drained or fresh mushrooms
Noodles or rice
1 c. sour cream
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6-8 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper

Cut steak in 3/4" cubes. Dip meat in flour, cook in hot shortening. Add garlic, onions, mushrooms, soups and seasonings. Simmer for 1 hour. Add sour cream and serve over noodles or rice.
