Barcardi Rum Cake Recipe

1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. Barcardi Dark Rum


1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Barcardi

Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease and flour bundt cake pan. Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan. Mix all the above cake ingredients together. Pour over nuts. Bake for 1 hour. Cool. Drizzle and smooth glaze evenly over top and sides.

FOR GLAZE: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water and sugar. Boil 5 min., stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in rum.
