2 cups water
1 package chicken ramen noodles
1/8 cup onions, diced
1/8 cup carrots, sliced
1/8 cup celery, diced
1sprig parsley
1 small bay leaf
1/8 teaspoon thyme leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients, except noodles, to boiling. Add
seasoning packet. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Strain, saving liquid. Add noodles to liquid and cook 3 minutes.
