6 eggs, well beaten
1 can canned milk
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 med onion chopped (opt)
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 cup diced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes, cheese, onion, green pepper and ham; mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 60 to 65 minutes or until set.

Yield: 12 servings.
