4 C fresh apricots - chopped in processor
4 C sugar
3 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan cook apricots with 1 C sugar and lemon juice. Bring to full boil for 4 minutes. Then add remaining sugar and bring to another full boil for 5 minutes. Make sure all sugar is dissolved.. Remove from heat. Skim off foam and put in jars and seal tightly.
