2 cans (20oz) pineapple chunks
2 cans (20oz) diced pears
2 cans mandarin oranges
3 med. apples cut into small pieces
2 kiwis (peeled)
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg-slightly beaten
1 c. chopped walnuts(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple juice into saucepan and add sugar and flour. Bring to a boil and add egg. Continue to stir while it thickens. After it thickens, chill at least 1 hour.

Mix with fruit and garnish with kiwis.
