Ingredients:
3 cups well blended strawberries
3 cups cold water
1 package strawberry Kool-aid
1 package pectin

*4-8 cups of sugar

Bring to boil first four ingredients in large sauce pan then add *4-8 cups of sugar. Boil 4 min.

Let jam set for a few minutes and then scrape the foam off the top.

Pour jam into bottles and place lids on tightly. I turn the bottles upside down for first 1/2 hour; this will seal the jars so I don't have to boil in a water bath. Doing this saves time and it works really well.

*Follow the directions under cooked strawberry jam to know the amount of sugar needed since some pectins require less sugar.

Tyler's mom's recipe. I love it because I can make a little at a time and it doesn't take me all day. One batch only takes 1 1/2 lbs of strawberries. Also makes good raspberry jam.
