2 boxes frozen cut broccoli
1 small pkg.minute rice (2 1/4 c.)
8 oz. jar of Cheez Whiz (or cheaper alternative)
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 2 boxes of broccoli as usual. While broccoli cooks, prepare one small package of minute rice as directed. Stir in one small jar of Cheez Whiz to rice while warm. Fold in one can cream of chicken soup. Carefully fold broccoli and rice mixture together and pour into buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Top with bread crumbs which have been stirred into small amount of melted butter. Bake 30 minutes in 350 oven, uncovered for crisp topping.
