4 pita bread
16 thin pretzel sticks
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c guacomole
2 tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp garlic
1/4 c chopped red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut each pita bread into 8 wedges. Insert pretzel stick half into center of bottom of wedge to form tree trunk.
2. In bowl, mix sour cream, guacomole, parsley and garlic. Spread about 1 tsp on each wedge.
3. Put peppers on each wedge

Double up on guacomole and used both red and green peppers for effect. Don't make to much ahead of time; pretzels will get soft in refridgerator.
