14 wonton skins
Cooking Spray
1 can (15.5oz) great northern beans, drained, rinsed
1/4 c shredded Parmesean cheese
1/4 c Caesar dressing
1 c finely chopped pepperoni
1/2 c chopped pepperoncini peppers (bottled italian peppers)
3/4 c finely shredded Italian blend cheese (3oz)
1 tbsp chopped oregeno

Directions:

1. eat oven to 400 degrees. Cut each wonton skin in half into 2 triangles. On cookie sheet arrrange wonton skins in single layer. Spray wontons w/cooking spray. Bake about 6 min.
2. In food processor, place beans, Parmesean cheese and dressing. Cover;process until smooth. Spread mixture in ungreased 9 inch microwavable plate.
3. Top w/Pepperoini, peppers, cheese and oregano.
4. Microwave on high 1 1/2 min-2 min. Serve w/wontons
