1/2 Head Cabbage
1 Medium Green Pepper
2 tsp. Sugar
Dressing:
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 T. Yellow Mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash of Salt
1 tsp. Celery Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cabbage and green pepper very fine or use food processor. Stir in sugar. In separate bowl mix together the dressing ingredients. Stir into cabbage and serve. May be made a few hours ahead of serving time and refrigerated. I usually don't measure the ingredients so you may have to adjust a bit.

This recipe was one I demonstrated at the County Fair in Iowa when I was in 4-H in Grade School. I received a Blue Ribbon for it and it has been an all time favorite in our family since.
