1 clove garlic, pressed
1 T oil
1 egg, slightly beaten.

4 green onions
1 large carrot
1 c sliced water chestnuts
peas (optional)

Cooked rice
2-3 T soy sauce
2 t brown sugar or Yoshida's
1/2 t ground ginger
chopped ham

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the vegetables small. Cook garlic slightly in heated oil. Add egg and cook. Then add chopped veggies and cook. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and chopped ham and cook until heated through and sauce is well distributed.
