1 c butter, softened
2/3 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1 2/3 c all-purpose flour
1/4 c cocoa
1 c coarsely ground walnuts
1 9oz pack chocolate kisses

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy. Add vanilla, mixing well. Add flour and cocoa, mixing well. Stir in walnuts. Chill dough 2 hours or until firm.

Wrap 1 tablespoon of dough around each chocolate kiss and rollto form a ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 12 minutes. cool slightly on cookie sheet then remove to wire racks.
