1 c. shortening 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. crunchy peanut butter 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add peanut butter. Add dry ingredients to peanut butter mixture. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheets. Before baking gently flatten balls with a fork in a criss cross pattern. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
