2/3 c butter (10 T + 2 t)
2/3 c sugar
1/3 c packed dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 1/2 bars (3 oz each) Swiss dark chocolate, chopped in 1/2-inch pieces
1 bar (3 oz) white chocolate,chopped in 1/2-inch pieces

Heat oven to 325º. LIghtly grease two cookie sheets. In large bowl, beat butter,sugars, egg and vanilla and melted chocolate at medium-high speed until fluffy. Reduce mixer speed to low, add flour, increase mixer speed gradually and beat just until blended. Stir in dark and white chocolate. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls dough 2 1/2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 17 minutes or until edges of cookies are lightly browned and tops look dry. Cool on sheet 5 minutes. Remove cookies to rack to cool completely.
