gr. beef or stew beef
sour cream

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients with noodles. Heat through and enjoy!

I participated in a Mothers of Twins club for a short while when my twins were babies. One lady was a member of a "dinner co-op" in her neighborhood. One neighbor would make dinner for all three of those families in the neighborhood who were members on Tuesday. Another would cook for all three families on Wednesday, another on Thursday. The idea being that it is just as easy to double, triple, or quadruple a recipe and cook for three or four families as it is to just cook for one family. Plus then, everyone gets a couple nights off of cooking every week, while still getting good meals! I always thought it sounded like a brilliant idea! Anyway, I got this recipe from Tammy Campbell who was a member of the Mothers of Twins club and happened to make this one day for her co-op when we were visiting. I think it is yummy--and so simple.
