1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. dry onion
3/4 cups flour

garlic powder
salt & pepper

1 Tbsp. dried parsley
2-3 tsp. chicken or beef bouillon granules
1/2 to 1 cup evaporated milk (or regular milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix, cook and stir first three ingredients until light brown. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper. Add about 1 quart (4 cups) of water and cook until thick.

Add the last three ingredients. Cook until bouillon granules until dissolved. Add more water or milk as needed.

I got this recipe from Mountainland Headstart when Christian was in preschool there. We love to pour it over bread-- especially hamburger buns.
