Mint chocolate chip ice cream
Oreo cookies
Margarine
Cool Whip (whipped topping), thawed
Hot fudge

Set ice cream out to soften. Crush Oreos; set half aside. To form crust: mix crumbs with melted butter, then press in bottom of pan - OR - Place crushed Oreos in pan, then just pour butter over it. Allow to harden (place in freezer for a few minutes.) Spread softened ice cream over crust. Return to freezer til hardened (30 min.) If desired, make another Oreo cookie crust on top of ice cream and harden. Spread whipped topping over that. Drizzle hot fudge on top. Freeze several hours or overnight.
