2-3 pounds boneless fish cut in semi large chunks
1/2 large onion (diced)
3 large potatoes cut into pieces
1 pint all purpose cream
1 pint milk
large chunk butter
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add only enough water to cook fish, onion , and potato. when potatoes are cooked, add cream, milk, butter and spices. Bring to a boil but do not let it boil. Turn off heat and let stand 3 hours or more. The longer it sits the better it is. Scallops, crabmeat and other seafood can be added.
