1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup beef broth
1 3/4 cups (15-oz. can) tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
3 3/4 cups (10 oz.) curly-roni, uncooked
grated Parmesan cheese

In 4-quart saucepan, cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown and thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in water, broth, tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and seasonings; heat to boiling. Add uncooked pasta; return to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Cook, stirring frequently, 12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Salt and pepper to taste; sprinkle with cheese.

Hmmm . . . I don't remember ever salt and peppering to taste! I love this recipe. We have all of these ingredients on hand all the time! (I usually do not use fresh onion, garlic, or parsley--I used dried) And my family loves it!
