1 pkg. devil's food chocolate cake mix
4 squares Bakers semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/4 c. butter- cut up
8 oz. cream cheese- softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. heavy whipped cream
12 Oreo cookies coarsely crushed

1. Bake cakes as directed in 9" round pans. Cool completely.
2. Melt chocolate in microwaveable bowl on high for 1-2 min. or until melted. Stirring after every 30 second. Blend in butter. Set aside to slightly thicken. About 5 min.
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Gently stir in whipping cream and cookies. Place 1 cake layer on plate upside down. Spread evenly with cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cake layer top side up. Spoon chocolate glaze over top of cake.
