2 cans french style green beans
1/4 onion chopped
1/4 stick margarine
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 -3/4 slices swiss cheese
2 pkg town house or ritz crackers crushed
1/2 stick melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion and 1/4 stick margarine, add dry mustard and sour cream until it comes to a boil.

Layer green beans, with sauce cream mixture and slices of swiss cheese - makes 3 layers. Top with crushed crackers and melted margarine mixture. Bake 350º for 35- 40 minutes.
