2 c. semi sweet choc chips
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. icing sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Measure chocolate chips, butter, coffee, salt and vanilla into a saucepan. Heat on low, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and beat in icing sugar, corn syrup and hot water.

Pour into a jar. Store in refrigerator. Makes 4 1/2 cups. Keeps forever. Great on anything that needs a yummy chocolate sauce.
