"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1/2 cup margarine 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 cup vanilla ice cream 4 cans refrigerated biscuits or 2 cans Grands (not flaky)
Grease 9 x 13" pan. Cut biscuits in fourths (Grands in sixths). Arrange in pan. Melt margarine and brown sugar. Heat until it boils around edges. Add ice cream and bring to a full boil. Pour over biscuits in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
Mom clipped this recipe from the Gazette, and I know she made it and loved it.
