3 cups (8-oz) rotini, uncooked
1 20-oz can pineapple chunks, drained
2 cups cubed assorted melon
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Chopped fresh parsley, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly. Drain well. In large bowl, stir together pasta, fruit and celery. Blend yogurt, mayonnaise and ginger. Stir into pasta and fruit mixture. Garnish with parsley if desired.
