2-3 thinly sliced Cucumbers
(according to taste)
1/4 to 1/3 c.Vinegar
2/3 to 3/4 c. Water, more water than vinegar
1 to 2 T. Sugar
Black Ground Pepper, to taste
If desired add other ingredients, such as
Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Onions, chopped
Pimentos

Directions:
Mix ingredients and completely cover the cucumbers, and any other veggies. Use a slotted spoon to serve. May be stored in the refrigerator for several days if covered tightly.
