2 lb frozen hash browns
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp dried minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt sour cream
2 cups grated cheese

Topping:
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 cup corn flakes crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes. Mix first 8 ingredients. Put in buttered 9 x 13" casserole dish. Put topping on. Bake at 350 45 minutes to 1 hour.
