3 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp dry mustard
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp cardamom
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, beat with a whisk vinegar,mustard, salt, pepper, sugar and cardamom. Gradually whisk in oil until thick. Prepare sauce 2 hours before serving. Makes 1 cup.
