3 whole chicken breasts
1 bunch fresh or 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
2- 10 1/2 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. curry powder (or more to taste)
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts and broccoli in boiling water until chicken is cooked through, and broccoli is crisptender. In a bowl combine soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated cheese and seasonings to make a sauce. Drain broccoli well and arrange in bottom of a shallow, greased baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Remove skin and bones from chicken breasts. Pull meat from bone and cut into small pieces. Spread over broccol. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter. Cook 30 to 40 minutes at 350F, until bubbly.
