8 C. flour 6-8 beaten eggs
4 Tbs. baking powder 8 C. milk
1 C. sugar 1 C. oil
4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, egg, oil, until just moistened. Over mixing will make pancakes tough.
Cook pancakes on a preheated griddle. Freeze extras to heat up for a quick breakfast.

Variations: Add one large can pumpkin, 1/2 C. brown sugar, 2 Tbs. vanilla, and 8 tsp. cinnamon for yummy Pumpkin Pancakes.
Add chopped apples (or crumbled, reconstituted, dehydrated apples) and cinnamon to taste for tasty Apple-Cinnamon Pancakes.
