Arroz blanco,
una latita de elotitos,

En una cazuela no muy honda, calentar y terretir la mantequilla. Antes de que la mantequilla se ponga cafe agregar unos 3 dientes de ajo picaditos finitamente. Una vez que se cocinaron un poquito, agrega el arroz y frielo con la mantequilla y el ajo. Cuando el arroz este un poquito de color dorado entonces agregar el agua (de preferencia caliente) 21/4 de taza de agua por cadataza de arroz. Sazona con consome de pollo y pimienta al gusto. Anade elotitos y tapar la oya. Dejalo que hierva y vajale a fuego lento, apagalo cuando el arroz tenga la consistencia deseada.
