Carne molida,
pan molido,
lean perrins,
sal de ajo,
sal,
1 huevo,
1 lata de chiles chipotles,
tomates,
cebolla ajo,
consome de pollo,
pimienta.

Directions:
Directions:
-Poner la carne molida en un recipiente hondo y ancho. Rebolver la carne con pimienta, poco de pan molido, 1 huevo, lean perrins, sal de ajo y sal.
Hacer bolitas pequenas de carne molida. Hervir suficiente tomate para poder hervir las albondigas.
Una vez que este hervido el tomate, poner el tomate hervido en la licuadora. Agregar un pedasito de cebolla, 2 dientes de ajo, consome de pollo y sal al gusto. Agregar chiles chipotles al gusto a el tomate en la licuadora. Liquar. Poner poco aceite en un sarten profundo y extendido, una vez que este caliente agregar la salsa hasta que hierva. Agregar las bolitas de albondigas en la salsa y cubrir el sarten. Dejar hervir hasta que esten bien cocidas.
