¾ c sugar 1/3 c water ¼ c (1/2 stick) butter 1 c dry milk
In 2 cup glass measure, add sugar, water and butter. Microwave (high) 1½ to 2 minutes until mixture boils, stirring every 30 seconds. Combine in blender with dry milk. Process till smooth. Refrigerate until needed. Makes 1 cup. (Double recipe to substitute for 14 o can = 2/3 cup).
