6 - 8 peeled diced potatoes
1 onion, cut up
2 carrots, cut up
1 stalk celery
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
8-oz pkg cream cheese
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
4 strips crumbled bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes, onion, carrots and celery in saucepan, cover with water and cook until done. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to cooked vegetables.
