4 boneless, skinless cx breasts
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
2 or 3 cups of Mom's basic pasta sauce
1/2 lb. cooked linguine
4 slices Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Coat each breast with the breadcrumbs, and cook in olive oil and butter, about 5-6 minutes per side, until cx is cooked. Place breasts on a sheet pan, and top with cheese. Place under the broiler to melt and lightly brown the cheese. To serve, place hot cooked pasta on plate, ladle with sauce, and top with a chicken breast.
