8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp onion salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
chopped walnuts (enough to cover the ball)

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese, butter and grated cheese at room temperature. Mix with spoon, add onion salt and garlic powder. Form into a ball and roll in walnuts. Serve with crackers.

We make this for special times, like New Years Eve. It is fun to use different cheeses to add variety.
