Directions:
Cut chicken up as for frying. Grease inside of a medium-sized paper sack and put in roaster pan. Salt and pepper chicken and make a sauce of the remaining ingredients. Dip chicken in sauce and put it in the paper sack. Pour remaining sauce in sack and fold so it won't leak, or close it with paper clips. Cover roaster and bake chicken 15 minutes at 500º. Then reduce heat to 350º and bake 75 minutes or longer, until chicken is done. Do not open sack until chicken is done. (The sack will not burn.)
