Ingredients:  
5 lb. potatoes
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 t. salt
1/4. t. pepper
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until done. Mash together with all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
Next day bake 45 min. at 350 or warm on low in slow cooker. Or just microwave until hot.
