Pork Roast

1 T. flour
2 c. applesauce
1 t. salt
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. ground cloves
Directions:
Directions:
Rub first four ingredients onto roast.
Bake at 325º until almost done. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over roast last half hour of baking.
