1 lb. cubed chicken 2 tsp. ground cumin 2 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 ground red & black pepper blend 1 white onion 1 green bell pepper
Combine chicken and spices in a zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, and shake well to coat. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, onion and bell pepper; saute until chicken is done. Serve with tortillas, sour cream, cheese, and salsa.
