1 lb. lean ground beef
2/3 c. barbecue sauce (your favorite)
1 can of refrigerated biscuits (10 to a can)
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat and drain well. Place meat and barbecue sauce in pan and simmer 15 minutes. Place biscuits in greased muffin tins, pressing dough up the sides of the tin to the upper edge of each cup. Spoon in meat mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

We decided to try this one night when all of us were worn out. It was quick, easy and tasted good. I served it with corn on the cob and a slaw salad. We decided it was a keeper.
