Orange Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients:  
6 to 8 medium thick pork chops
1/2 stick butter
2 1/4 c orange juice
Dash of real lemon juice
2 T. orange marmalade

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops both sides in butter in hot skillet.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour orange juice and dash of lemon juice over the chops,
Cover and simmer until done about one hour but time may vary with thickness of chops. Add more orange juice if necessary.
During last few minutes of cooking, add the 2 T of orange marmalade.
Delicious served over rice or noodles.
