1 (14 oz) can of artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped.
1 c mayonnaise
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg Italian salad dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Chop artichokes.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a 9 inch square baking dish.
Bake 350 for 20 minutes.

Serve piping hot!

If you have noticed, the fewer ingredients I can use the better but it has to taste good. This is my favorite dip.
