3 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp chopped sweet pickles
2 tbsp chopped stuffed olives
2 tbsp chopped green peppers
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped Velveta
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Directions:

Mix all together, spread on hot dog buns. Cook open face under broiler until lightly browned and bubbly. This is supposed to make 8 buns--16 open face.
