8 Potatoes
1 Cup of Mayo
Chopped Red Onion
1 Lb American Cheese
1/2 - 1/2 Lb Cooked Bacon
Sliced Green Olives

Directions:
Directions:
(1) Boil potatoes, drain & cut into small chunks (like making potato salad)
(2) Stir in the mayo, onions & cheese
(3) Season with salt & pepper
(4) Top with sliced green olives & cooked bacon
(5) Bake around 350º until hot & bubbly
