3 c. cooked and chopped chicken
1 pkg. cooked spaghetti
3 tbsp. butter
1 small chopped onion
1 large chopped green pepper
2/3 c. flour
2 maggi cubes
3 c. water
1/2 c. liquid milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2-3 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to directions on the package. Drain.

In a large sauce pan, melt butter and saute chopped onions and green peppers. Add flour. Dissolve maggi cubes in water and add to the onions. Add milk, black pepper, salt and green pepper. Stir till it thickens and then remove from stove. Add chopped chicken and cooked and drained spaghetti. Mix well. Pour mix into a 9x13 in. casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350. Serves 8-10.
