10 oz broccoli frozen chopped
8 oz corn canned, whole kernels, drained
1/4 c onion, chopped
1/2 c walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 c milk
1/4 c butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 c biscuit baking mix
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain broccoli. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9x9" pan.
Mix broccoli, corn, onion and walnuts. Place in pan.
Beat remaining ingredients except cheese, until smooth. Pour into pan.
Bake for 23-25 min or until inserted knife is clean.
Sprinkle w/cheese. Bake until cheese melts (2-3 min).
Cut into triangles or squares.
