3/4 c melted butter, divided
1 pd fresh mushrooms, stems removed
1 c crushed seasoned croutons
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (6oz) can crabmeat, drained
1 pd lobster tail, cleaned and chopped
3 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush baking sheet w/butter. Arrange mushrooms on a single layer over the sheet.
2. In a bowl, mix the crushed croutons, remaining butter (about 1/2 c), shredded cheese, crabmeat, lobster and garlic. Spoon into mushroom caps.
3. Bake for 10-12 min in oven, add additional cheese if desired

You could probably use te imitation lobster meat instead of lobster tail.
