6 lbs. green mangoes
4 limes
6 lbs. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel mangoes and put peel into a pan. Add water to just cover peels, simmer until tender. Put sliced mangoes into large kettle together with strained liquid from the peel and juice from the limes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add sugar and boil slowly for 45- 60 minutes.
